This weekend was so wonderful. I cannot even put into words what it meant to me.
Friday night we saw kenny chesney play a show. He is one of the greatest performers I have ever seen. He completely captures his audience on every level possible. What an incredible gift to not only be able to perform well, but to also relate and connect to your fans in such a powerful way.
I met with a friend today who is going through one of life's trials. She was so incredibly strong talking about something that I couldn't even begin to think about. I know that she will come out on top of this. Looking at my life, I can't help but to think back on some of my trials and realize that there is absolutely no way I would take any of those struggles back. I appreciate the good things so much more because I know what it is like to walk through the fire.
I also learned how much people can surprise you this weekend. Thankfully, this weekend, it was for the good.
