had a barbeque stain on my white t-shirt

Tim Mcgraw hobbled around on a cane during this entire concert

I can't wait for this season of the bachelorette to be O-V-E-R
I'm ready for Thursday to be here
I'm broke and practically homeless but my God is bigger
If I could relive last Friday night 48392 times, I would

peace

And when they prevailed over them, the Hagrites and all who were with them were given into their hands, for they cried out to God in the battle, and he granted their urgent plea because they TRUSTED in him.
—1 Chronicles 5:20

oh yah... and I think TRUST and PATIENCE are two of the biggest lessons I will have to learn in this life.

New days, better days

This week has been the most emotional week of my life. Emotions are not something that I talk about openly. Mostly because I don't want to be "that girl" who can't appreciate life as it is. I don't want to be the girl who doesn't understand just how good she has it. But when your heart is laid out and exposed and the reply is nothing but heart wrenching, you can't help but wonder what the hell life is handing you.

Speaking up and speaking your soul is a difficult measure to take. I wouldn't do it so expressively if I did not believe my words with every bone in my body.

With that being said, I so so so thankful for beautiful people in my life, who lift my spirits and make me realize that this life really is beautiful, even when the clouds seem to roll on in and make themselves at home. Chelsea and I went to the rathskeller last night, it's a local restaurant/ bar in Indy that has live music at times. Last night Jessica Rae was playing. I only caught the last 30 minutes of her show but, from what I saw, she was incredible. Her voice had an organic sound to it. She also was the most down- to- earth person, which Chelsea and I learned when we chatted with her after the show. Best of luck, Miss Rae. Hope to see you on the big stage someday!:) ....Grab her stuff off of itunes or www.jessicaraemusic.com. I bought the CD and it hits strait to the heart. So beautiful.

All my love... and wishes for happier days full of wishes, beautiful thinking, contentment, excitement, and most importantly...love. It's worth it.

good days and bad days

I have a thought that God gives us the bad days so we can love the good days that much more. That's what makes me feel better, anyways.

Also for the fact that we all need a good cry every one in awhile. It feels pretty good.

name that movie.

anyways. Brittany and I started making our ultimate country music fan t-shirt (or tank top) this weekend. We are making them to wear to some of the country concerts we are going to this summer. (1 down, 6 to go!) Next up---> BRAD PAISLEY. The front of them will read "You know you are a country music fan if..." The backs will be different. Mine says...

- you buy the mega-ticket
- you have teardrops on your guitar
- when it comes to kenny, age is not a factor

classy.

A bunch of us also went to the drive- in this weekend. such a fun time! Except it was a tad cool... warm up Indy!

Anyways, I hope today finds you happy. And if you are like me and having "one of those days", find courage, strength, and hope in the fact that you are not alone.

all my love.

ps....happy birthday to my beautiful niece chloe. It's her first one and unfortunately she lives in FL so I had to miss out. (thanks a lot college). anyways, this proud aunt made up for it by sending the most adorable romper from the gap. :)
